Bitcoin Sovereign Academy provides educational content about Bitcoin, cryptocurrency, and related technologies. All content is for informational and educational purposes only.

We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice
Content should not be construed as recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any assets
You are solely responsible for your financial decisions
Always do your own research and consult qualified professionals

3. User Accounts and Memberships

Some features require membership. When you create an account or purchase a membership:

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must provide accurate information
Memberships are non-transferable
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Payment Terms

Sovereign Tier ($399 Lifetime)

One-time payment grants lifetime access to all current and future content
Payments are processed via Stripe and are non-refundable after 14 days
If you experience issues, contact us within 14 days for a full refund

Apprentice Tier (50,000 sats deposit)

Deposit is held as a learning commitment
Earn up to 80% back (40,000 sats) by completing modules
Sats are earned per module completion based on the formula defined in our Earn-Back Terms
Deposits are non-refundable; the earn-back mechanism is your path to recovery
Lightning payments are final and cannot be reversed

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bitcoin Sovereign Academy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
Interactive demos may be licensed for educational use under our B2B Licensing Program
Open-source components are licensed under their respective licenses

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Share account credentials or membership access
Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission
Interfere with or disrupt the Service

7. AI Tutor Usage

Our AI Tutor feature:

Uses your provided API key (BYOK model) or our provided access for members
Generates responses that may contain errors; always verify information
Does not provide financial advice
Conversations may be used to improve the service (anonymized)

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content
That any errors will be corrected
Any specific results from using the Service

9. Limitation of Liability

Bitcoin Sovereign Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses from investment decisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or site notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
